Our business first began in the late 1980’s designing and building protective cases for portable projectors.We quickly realized that providing our customers with a case that could offer protection was one thing.  But providing cases that could address the needs of each unique client was quite another.We came to understand that price, quality, style, durability, weight, and ease of use were all important considerations.

We have applied that knowledge to all of our present day travel offerings.We proudly offer some of the best brands in the industry such as Samsonite and SKB.  We fully test and evaluate all the products we sell first, before we offer them for sale.We understand that when you are traveling you don’t want your trip complicated by a faulty piece of luggage.

Tax Policy
Residents of the following states are subject to sales tax: CA
Our standard shipping is via FedEx SmartPost or, in some situations, FedEx ground. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery. We only ship to the continental 48 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses or international locations.
All of our products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer.

InThatCase offers an exclusive 30-day exchange/refund policy on Rakuten Marketplace purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to first obtaining a Return Authorization from "In That Case". Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. All returns MUST BE RECEIVED within two weeks of the issue of the RMA number.

All Web and mail order purchases require a RA (Return Authorization) number. For a RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at 1-714-356-0694 or contact us at customerservice@inthatcase.com.

All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RA number. The RA number must be put in the "Attention To" field of the shipping label.

A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.

Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.

Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS or Fed ExGround Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all internet and mail order purchases.
